The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi was established under the Punjab Boards of
Intermediate and Secondary Education Act, 1976. The Board conducted its first examination for HSSC in 1978.
The jurisdiction of this Board is spread over civil districts of Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum and Rawalpindi.
The result is prepared according to the examination policy-2021 notified by Govt. of Punjab, Higher Education Department
vide No. S.O(Boards)13-1/2020 Dated 13th October, 2021. Every effort has been carried out to implement the provided examination
policy in true spirit. However, errors and omissions are excepted. If any error or omission is noticed, the Board may be

The result gazette carries an enormous data of 74601 candidates who appeared in the examination. The job, undoubtedly
was far from ease. It required persistence, determination, accuracy and above all high endeavor to complete the job.
Al-Hamdu-Lillah, the untiring and committed efforts on the part of each member of our team enabled BISE Rawalpindi to
declare the result in time. But the better our results are,
the greater is our cause of concern, not to take solace on our success and not to lose our competitive edge.
All this happened with the grace of Almighty Allah and we bow our heads in gratitude before Almighty Allah whose
blessings enabled us to handle and complete the difficult job. I am thankful to Board’s personnel for their cooperation and
especially the Examination Branches for the efforts they rendered to get implemented the examination policy provided by
the hierarchy.
At this stage, I am highly grateful to Worthy Chairman, Dr. Ghulam Dastgeer whose determination, leadership and continuous
guidance enabled us to translate and implement his vision to attain the objectives. I am also thankful for the cooperation
of Secretary Board Dr. Samina Saleem for her administrative support and I appreciate the efforts of my personal staff as well,
to attain the target.
