Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Gujranwala has the authority to conduct annual and supply exams of SSC and HSSC in the districts of Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad and Narowal. Thousands of private and regular students appear in both SSC and HSSC annual exams under BISE Gujranwala while several examination centers are established in these areas for the participants of the exams. In the above mentioned districts, all the public and private schools and colleges are affiliated with Gujranwala Board. 9th and 10th class annual exams are held in May and June while 11th and 12th class annual exams are organized by the board in August and September. Practical and written papers are held separately.After two or three months of the exams, the results are declared by BISE Gujranwala for the students.
